Every team wagers chips on each game from 61 through 82. Win and you take the opponent's stake; lose and you forfeit your own.
Each team has one double: the home team declares which game — both wager normally, but the winner earns 2× chips that night.
Lottery teams' final chip totals are the draft order — Pick 1 goes to the most chips, Pick 14 to the fewest. No lottery draw.
Playoff and play-in teams are in the chip pool too (their wins affect pots) but they don't compete for picks.
The leaderboard shows all 30 teams during the window; on game 82 it locks to the 14 confirmed lottery teams only.
